Privacy Policy

1. Information we handle

The App automatically creates a guest account. To provide account, purchase, and guide-correspondence services, we process guest account information, passes and purchase records, letters you choose to send, guide replies, and related correspondence records.

We also process necessary technical information to operate and protect the service. You do not need to provide your name, phone number, or email address.

2. Information kept on your device

Your answers, notes, reflections, journey progress, reminder settings, and saved content are stored on your device. We do not upload your journal or reflection content to our servers unless you deliberately enter it in a letter and send it to a guide. Sending a letter does not upload your other journal entries.

The App may use local notifications, briefly read accelerometer data for a shake interaction, and save a poster to your photo library when you request it. Accelerometer data and existing photos are not uploaded.

3. Letters to guides

Letters you choose to send are uploaded to our servers and may be read and handled by your selected guide and staff required to provide the service. Letters and replies are saved in your correspondence history.

Please share only information you are comfortable providing and avoid unnecessary identifying information.

4. How we use information

We use information to provide guest login, maintain pass balances, deliver purchases, send and display guide correspondence, prevent duplicate delivery, operate the App, respond to support requests, and protect service security. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.

5. Google Play purchases

Google Play processes payments. We do not receive your full payment-card or bank-account details. Google may process purchase and device information under its own privacy policy.

6. Storage and deletion

You can delete local App data through Android Settings or by uninstalling the App. This does not automatically delete server records, including letters and replies. We retain server data for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain correspondence history, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. To request deletion of your guest account, correspondence, and associated server data, email chairman@aether-flow.com and include your guest user ID if available. Some transaction, security, or legal records may be retained where required or permitted by law.

7. Children and security

The App is for adults aged 18 and over. We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no system is completely secure.

8. Contact and changes
